Hence we have a service warranty with each of our suppliers, 1 year or more depending on the agreement with the supplier. Courier charges to us shall be the responsibility of the customer and return thereof shall be at the cost of best buy. An email should be sent to us comfirmimg purchase date and the reason for return.
In cases where item is found faulty or not working after the 7 day period but within the warranty period then it shall be sent to the manufacturer/supplier for repair or replacement at there discretion. Total courier charges to and from customer in this case is all customers responsiblity. If you contact us we can help in facilitating courier.
In the cases of customer no longer wanting the delivered item. A full refund will be given excluding the courier charge. As long as the said item is returned in its original form, packaging and labels and bar code intact.
