Delivery Policy

As your requested item is sometimes drop shipped kindly allow for between 3 to 7 days for delivery to arrive.Delivery is done by a third party and there schedules do not work according to store times.
This may lead to a longer lead time .Delivery charge is levied per item and if more than one item is purchased each item will be charged separately but this will not necessarily lower the delivery charge on the items that follow .If many items are purchased there may be a discount or a waiver in courier charges , kindly email us and we will assist you. Please note this does not definitely pertain to all products purchased .We at best buy home have a system in place for payment, order placement and delivery and in order to make sure all runs smoothly we do not allow customers to collect certain products.

Returns & Refund Policy

Refunds are only honoured in the following manner and in the for the following reasons:1. Refund IN FULL will be issued to customer on the bases of no stock availability with in 4 days2. A full refund will be issued if customer has not received there product within 10 days. Whether the fault is that of the store or the courier company.
Nb! If the fault lies with the customer ie. Incorrect address or faults information, incorrect contact or non availability etc.
Then there will be no refund considered3. The refund process is as follows : customer ,after exhausting all options, will contact our office via email requesting a refund once granted , the customers banking details will be required . Please note that refunds generally take a few days to clear into your account.4. In the cases where a customer requests a refund through no fault of the store . Ie. Customer no longers wants the item or has requests delivery on non deliverable items and completed there payment.
A 5% holding charge shall be levied on the TOTAL amount received from customer before refunded.
Thereafter the above process will be followed.5. Refunds shall only be considered if the courier has not yet collect from our store. If your product has left our premises a special request via email will need to made and separate charged shall apply.

Additional Charges

Returns :1. If the customer is not satisfied Upon receipt of the product. A return delivery charge will be levied to your account. Should the customer thereafter request a refund a 5% charge will be levied once again. 2. If there was a reasonable request for return ( left to the discretion of best buy home staff only) then the 5 % deduction MAY be waivered. 3. Return and exchanges are welcome . Although all courier charges will be levied to customers account.
Any losses or damages incurred by customer due to late delivery or no stock availability will not be the responsibly of best buy home or that of it's staff.
